The illustrated novel "The Adventures of Simeon in London" was born from the meeting between two Frenchmen, Robin Feix (also bassist for Louise Attaquet and Vertige) and JD Beauvallet , at the corner of a pile of pancakes in a house in Brighton. Robin for the illustrations and JD for the narrations. It tells the story of a young French teenager who, having come on a school trip to London, loses his group. Transformed by his encounters, he experiences an accelerated transformation that makes him go from transparent to sparkling. To become someone, Simeon lives, at the benevolent chance of these crossroads. Simeon's adventures are comical to frightening, tender to funny.
